Who set a new personal best at the 5K distance today? Who finished under 23 minutes (22:59, actually) today? Who's more committed than ever to working his way up to at least one marathon before he's 35?

Edited to add: I just realized earlier today that 22:59 is not a personal best, but the faster time was unofficial, it was on a cross-country trail, and I almost killed my friend Chad when I set too quick a pace on the first mile. So... 22:59 = fastest official time... but who's counting, really?
